WHAT DO I GET WITH A DIGITAL FILE?

STL + tested 3MF files, a print guide, and a personal-use license. Your download link arrives by email right after purchase.

IS ANYTHING SHIPPED?

No. Digital editions are files only. Nothing physical is shipped, and there is no shipping fee.

I DIDN'T GET MY DOWNLOAD

Check your spam folder first. Each link allows up to 5 downloads. If you still need help, email hello@aetherlab.world.

WHAT PRINTER DO I NEED?

The 3MF is prepared for Bambu Studio and tested on a Bambu Lab P1S with a 0.4 mm nozzle and PLA. The STL works with other compatible slicers.

WHAT SHOULD I PRINT IT IN?

We test every file in PLA. Silk or metallic PLA gets you closest to the finish in our photos.

IS HARDWARE INCLUDED?

No. Earring hardware, chains, straps, and hair clips are not included. Each product page lists what you'll need.

CAN I RESIZE IT?

Yes, but changing the scale may affect fit, strength, or hardware placement.

CAN I SELL WHAT I PRINT?

Not with a standard file. Downloads are for personal use only, so please don't sell, share, or re-upload them. Want to sell prints? Ask about a commercial license.

WHAT IF IT DOESN'T PRINT RIGHT?

Email hello@aetherlab.world with a photo of the print and your slicer settings. We'll help you fix it, and send a corrected file if the issue is on our side.

WHEN WILL FINISHED PIECES BE AVAILABLE?

Finished pieces are coming soon. Join the waitlist on any product page and you will hear first when they release.

ARE OBJECTS MADE TO ORDER?

Yes. Every object is fabricated only after your order is placed, so nothing is printed until it's ordered. This lets us avoid overproduction, eliminate deadstock, and dedicate time to finishing each piece individually.

WHAT IS IT MADE FROM?

Each piece is fabricated using a lightweight, bio-based engineered polymer selected for its strength, durability, and metallic finish. Every object is printed layer by layer and hand-finished in the ÆTHER LAB.

WHY IS IT 3D PRINTED?

Digital fabrication lets us create complex organic forms that would be difficult or impossible to produce using traditional manufacturing methods. Every layer becomes part of the final design, allowing us to create lightweight structures with minimal material waste.

IS IT COMFORTABLE?

Despite its sculptural appearance, every piece is designed to be lightweight and comfortable to wear. Areas that come into contact with the body are refined and hand-finished to improve comfort.

IS IT HEAVY?

Not at all. Each piece is digitally engineered to remove unnecessary material while maintaining its structure, making it significantly lighter than its appearance suggests.

HOW DURABLE IS IT?

Æther Lab pieces are designed for repeated wear as statement accessories. While lightweight and durable for their intended use, we recommend handling and storing them with care, just like any premium fashion piece.

WILL MY PIECE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

Every piece is fabricated individually and finished by hand. Minor variations in surface texture and finish are a natural part of the production process, making each object subtly unique.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for fabrication before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

If production has not begun, we can adjust or cancel. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
