SHIPPING POLICY
Every Æther Lab object is made to order. Each piece enters production after purchase and is individually fabricated, finished, inspected, and packed in our Toronto lab before shipment.
PRODUCTION TIME
Because every object is produced to order, production typically takes 1–2 weeks before dispatch.
During collection launches or periods of increased demand, production times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We currently ship worldwide.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase.
Once your order leaves our lab, we'll send a second email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact hello@aetherlab.world within 7 days of delivery, or the expected delivery date.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to help investigate the issue and do our best to reach a resolution.
If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
NOTES
Every object is individually 3D-printed to order rather than pulled from warehouse inventory.
Because every piece is produced and hand-finished individually, slight variations in surface texture, visible layer lines, and finishing may occur. These details are an intentional part of the manufacturing process and contribute to the unique character of each object. They are not considered defects.
