BEFORE YOU ORDER

We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and materials carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact hello@aetherlab.world within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and its packaging

We'll review your request as quickly as possible and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds or replacements are available if:

• Your item arrives damaged during shipping.
• You receive the wrong item.
• Your item has a manufacturing defect that significantly affects its intended use.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Because every object is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Customer ordering errors, including incorrect size or color selection
• Minor variations in surface texture, visible layer lines, or hand-finishing
• Normal wear and tear or damage occurring after delivery
• Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country

3D-PRINTED & HAND-FINISHED

Every Æther Lab object is 3D-printed to order and individually hand-finished.

Slight variations in surface texture, visible layer lines, and finishing are a natural part of the process and contribute to the unique character of each object. These characteristics are intentional and are not considered defects.
