Æther Lab designs and manufactures made-to-order wearable objects and accessories using 3D printing and hand-finishing techniques.

All products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Product availability
• Suspected fraud
• Payment authorization issues
• Violations of these Terms

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Every Æther Lab object is individually fabricated after purchase.

Production typically takes 1–2 weeks before dispatch. Estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on demand or circumstances beyond our control.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and include standard shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Prices may change without notice.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to accurately display our products.

Because every object is individually fabricated and hand-finished, slight variations in:

• Surface texture
• Visible layer lines
• Finish
• Color
• Material appearance

may occur.

These variations are a natural part of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

• Images

• CAD renders
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding

is the property of Æther Lab and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Æther Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
