PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Every ÆTHER LAB digital file comes with a personal-use license. By purchasing or using an ÆTHER LAB file, you agree to the terms below. The same license is included as a PDF in every download.

01 / YOUR DOWNLOAD

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial right to use the included digital files. The files are for you and are not meant to be shared or passed along.

02 / YOU CAN

  • Download and keep the files for your own use
  • Adjust scale, orientation, supports, and slicer settings for your own prints
  • Print physical copies for yourself

03 / PLEASE DO NOT

To help protect the work behind each design, please do not:

  • Share, upload, redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense the digital files
  • Share the files with a team, company, studio, group, or organization
  • Sell physical objects made from the files or use them for paid production
  • Use the files in a marketplace, print-on-demand service, fabrication service, or commercial product catalog
  • Sell or distribute modified, remixed, or derivative digital versions of the files
  • Present the underlying ÆTHER LAB design as your own

04 / DESIGN OWNERSHIP

The designs and digital files remain the property of ÆTHER LAB. Buying a file gives you permission to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership of the design.

05 / A NOTE ON PRINTING

Every printer and material behaves a little differently, so your final result may vary. Check your slicer settings before printing and adjust for your own setup.

[ COMMERCIAL LICENSE ]

Want to sell prints?

Studios, makers, and print shops can license selected ÆTHER LAB designs for commercial use, including selling finished prints. Commercial licenses are arranged one to one and priced by design and volume.

HOW TO APPLY

Email hello@aetherlab.world with the subject "Commercial license" and tell us:

  • Which design or designs you want to use
  • How you plan to sell (shop, marketplace, events)
  • Your expected quantity per month

WHAT YOU GET

A written license that names your business, the designs, and how you may sell them. Until you have it in writing, the personal-use terms above apply.
